Welcome to the 19th arrondissement of Paris, in the Pont-de-Flandre district. It is in the heart of the commercial complex "Le Parks" that this beautiful apartment is located. You will have the chance to have a hypermarket, a do-it-yourself store, a decoration shop, but also multiple restaurants, a gym, football and basketball courts. Cross the beautiful park in front of your room, and go to the shopping center "Le Millénaire", less than 10 minutes walk away. If you want to get away from it all, you will have the luxury of finding Velib and Veligo stations, as well as all other public transportation, within a 2-minute walk.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?
