You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Yes, couples are allowed. We have a different rate for doubles.

Your room is on the upper floor of the house, while the co-working space is on the lower floor. Our official operating hours for coworking space are Tuesday–Friday, 11 a.m.–7 p.m., when we share our space with others.

We accept like-minded humans like ourselves who are into conscious, mindful living, love creativity, art and crafts, simple living, and working on meaningful projects. We often open our doors to people who seem not to fit the usual requirements, so we could be inclusive enough to welcome everyone to experience this lifestyle. We will let you know when someone new is coming, so there will not be a surprise.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

1. Tell us about yourself and the project you are working on. We would like to know a little about yourself, the values you hold dear, your age, and where you come from to ensure a nice fit among all of our guests and in hopes that the synergy will give everyone a positive impact while coliving and coworking here.

2. How would you like to contribute to the community? Some coliving members love cooking and make meal shares once in a while; some love taking care of the garden or the cat; some love to share knowledge and skills with others, creating masterminds, etc.

3. With only 3 rooms now for coliving, our crowd is small and intimate. During your stay, there may be times when you have the whole house to yourself (with Ginger!) if there is a gap between someone leaving and another arriving. Are you fine with that?

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a small home with a cat with other exciting people.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas.

You can definitely extend your stay if there is availability in the room. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any amount already paid to secure your booking if you decide to cancel or shorten your length of stay, either before or during your stay. However, we appreciate early communication if there is a change in your schedule so we can attempt to rebook the room, subject to availability.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

We do not take any deposits during check-in, but we ask that you be responsible if you have incurred any property/furniture/tools damages during your stay here, or discuss with us if such an incident happens. You will be asked to replace the item or be charged the equivalent cost of replacing the item. Example: stained sheets or towels, broken cups/etc.

Guests are allowed in the visiting area, but NOT in the bedrooms. The room is only rented to you. No other unregistered guests should be occupying it. Strictly no guests overnight.
If you would like to invite friends over to the hangout or co-working area, please let everyone know as a courtesy and for safety reasons. As the hosts of this space, we would like to personally greet anyone who walks through the door, and a coworking fee is applicable for non-coliving guests who work here.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. No parties or events (we, as hosts, are in charge of events planned here). This is NOT a hostel or a party place, but rather a place where work, play, and rest are in balance with our lives and needs. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.

The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

We have a cleaner who comes every Tuesday to clean the whole house, including your bedroom, if you will allow her to enter.
We would expect and appreciate it if you cleaned up after yourself if you made an excessive mess.

We have a laundry machine available to everyone.

We do not offer this service ourselves, but we recommend the use of an e-hailing app called GRAB app for transportation.

Yes, we offer additional room cleaning on demand! Just let us know your needs, and our team will be happy to arrange it for you. We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Yes, we have a great kitchen where you can cook your meals! We just ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space nice for everyone. Enjoy your cooking.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

No need to worry! Our team takes care of all the cleaning before the next resident arrives, ensuring a fresh and welcoming space for everyone.

Yes, we offer a small storage area that’s perfect for your bags and luggage. However, please note that this space isn’t suitable for furniture.

Your host, Elaine, is also your house manager and is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere in the house and the well-being of the members. There is another local event co-host who regularly organizes events for the local community here; her name is Ai Jou.

Most people are staying with us for a while. Between one and six months on average.

While we've been fortunate with our safety record, we encourage you to keep your valuables secure in your room. For extra peace of mind, you might also consider renters insurance to protect against any unforeseen incidents.

Yes, you'll be given your own bedroom door key along with a set of house keys for the main entrance.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our volunteers, staff, and residents, and we inform everyone in the house if we are expecting any outsiders' visits. We are in a gated residential neighborhood that also provides security guards who occasionally patrol the area. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll discover a variety of excellent, budget-friendly restaurants to explore.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to the nearest LRT Station.

We are:
35 minutes by car to the nearest airport (Subang Airport, SZB),
40 minutes by car to KLIA2,
45 minutes by car to KLIA1.

We occasionally host social and learning events like Meetups and Workshops on weekends, selected weekdays, and public holidays for our local community friends and like-minded individuals. These events will be held in our shared co-working space downstairs, which means it won't be available for work during those times, and it might get a little noisy. However, you can still enjoy peace and quiet in your room.

1. Sunway Lagoon Waterpark (15 minutes drive away)
If you are looking for an easy place to visit to have lots of fun, then you should definitely consider a day at Sunway Lagoon, whether you are eight or 80! Sunway Lagoon provides six adventure zones (Water Park, Wildlife Park, Scream Park, Amusement Park, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon, and Extreme Park). 

2. Shop at Sunway Pyramid (15 minutes drive away).
Sunway Pyramid is one of the largest shopping centers in Kuala Lumpur. It is your unique destination for shopping in Subang Jaya. The Sunway Pyramid has something for everyone: from upscale boutiques to kids’ toys to technology and fine dining, it’s all there.

3. Subang Ria Park (11 minutes drive away)
The oldest recreational park in Subang Jaya is Subang Ria Park. It’s next to Sime Darby Medical Centre and spans 72.6 acres of lush nature, along with a big lake and panoramic views of Subang Jaya. Jogging, cycling, relaxing, and picnicking by the lake are just a few of the activities available at this park.
