We are a conscious coliving community in San Pedro, the alternative & artsy neighborhood of San Jose (the nicest part of SJ!). We're about 15 people living together, helping each other grow on the spiritual path & trying to be as self-sufficient as possible in an urban environment. We have a garden where we grow organic veggies and also a yoga room where we organize events, yoga, classes, movie screenings, and conferences. The following amenities and services are included:

Will I have privacy?

This is a community so if you feel chatty, there is generally always someone home with whom you can chat and maybe share a meal... But if you'd rather stay in your studio /room and eat there, it's up to you. We will also add you to our WhatsApp group during your stay, so if you have any questions or need anything, you can ask there and have an answer very quickly.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do allow pets.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Yes, you can split the rent with a friend and we do allow couples.

Is there a designated space for work?

Many guests choose to work in our backyard where you will find the best range for both our Wifi networks.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
