  • Yes, our coliving members benefit from the fact that we also offer coworking options in the same building. Tenants receive 10 free accesses per month to our open coworking space and can use all facilities.
  • In our coliving space, everyone is welcome. Around 80% of our tenants are working professionals, but we also occasionally have students. They work in various industries such as marketing, medicine, management, and sales, and are typically between 20 and 50 years old.
  • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members.   • Yes, we do have a simple rental agreement that both parties review and sign before moving in. This agreement helps ensure a smooth stay and also serves as proof of residence if needed. We're here to make the process easy for you!




  • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
  • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

  • Depending on availability, you are welcome to switch your room or apartment.
  • Smoking, whether cigarettes or vapes, is not allowed indoors. However, we have a beautiful rooftop terrace that serves as a gathering spot for all smokers.
  • Yes, your name will be listed on the mailbox, and you can receive mail and packages as usual.
  • e want everyone to feel comfortable in our coliving space! While we don't have specific quiet hours, we do encourage our residents to be mindful of the city's quiet hours. This includes midday quiet hours from 12:00 to 13:00, evening quiet hours from 20:00 to 22:00, and all-day quiet hours on Sundays and public holidays. Let's work together to create a peaceful environment for everyone!
  • We welcome adults in our community, and while we don't have strict rules about alcohol, we encourage responsible consumption. Enjoy your time and connect with others in a friendly atmosphere!

  • We don’t want any extra costs aside from the rent, which is why our rental prices already include all additional costs such as heating, water, and internet.

    If you’d like to rent additional services, such as an office or the event venue for your birthday party, there will be an extra charge.

  • We do not offer a shuttle service, but we are happy to assist you in arranging a taxi. However, as we are located just a short distance from the main train station in St. Gallen, we highly recommend traveling by train instead! :)
  • Yes, each apartment features a modern kitchen with full amenities: pots, pans, cutlery, a stove and oven, and a steamer are all available for your use. Cooks are always welcome here! :)
  • You are of course welcome to work in the living room, but please check with your housemates to ensure it won't be disruptive. If you prefer a dedicated workspace, we offer 10 free accesses per month to our coworking space in the same building.
  • We kindly ask that you leave the room broom-clean: take out the trash and remove all personal items.
    Additionally, all furniture should be in the same condition as when you moved in.
    If the walls are dirty, they will need to be repainted.
    However, before a new tenant moves in, we will professionally clean the room, so you don’t need to be a cleaning expert.
