Your own room is stylishly furnished and fully equipped – a private retreat just for you. Right outside your door, an amazing community awaits. You’ll share the bathroom with a maximum of one other coliving member. There’s no chaotic shared flat experience here, just high-quality furniture, a clean environment, and well-managed communal areas.

In the coliving and community areas, pets are not allowed. In separate apartment units, requests can be submitted and may be approved depending on availability and the type of pet.

Yes, you can split the rent if you choose to rent an entire apartment with your partner or friend! However, please note that our coliving rooms are designed for one person each. We hope you find the perfect space to share together!

Yes, our coliving members benefit from the fact that we also offer coworking options in the same building. Tenants receive 10 free accesses per month to our open coworking space and can use all facilities.

In our coliving space, everyone is welcome. Around 80% of our tenants are working professionals, but we also occasionally have students. They work in various industries such as marketing, medicine, management, and sales, and are typically between 20 and 50 years old.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We look for individuals who have a warm and open personality, are friendly, and are interested in creating a peaceful co-living environment. Additionally, we ask that potential renters are willing to take out household insurance to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

We welcome adults in our community, and while we don't have strict rules about alcohol, we encourage responsible consumption. Enjoy your time and connect with others in a friendly atmosphere!

We don’t want any extra costs aside from the rent, which is why our rental prices already include all additional costs such as heating, water, and internet.

If you’d like to rent additional services, such as an office or the event venue for your birthday party, there will be an extra charge.

Yes, all rooms are fully furnished. Towels, bed linen, and all kitchenware are included. Just bring your personal belongings and feel right at home!

As a resident of our coliving, you benefit from a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals yourself. Another advantage is that we have a café/bar/restaurant on the ground floor of the building, where you get a special member discount. Delicious food, drinks, and St. Gallen’s best coffee at affordable prices—what more could you ask for?

We prioritize your privacy, so while we clean the shared spaces like the kitchen and living room regularly, the bedrooms are left for you to maintain as you like. This way, you can enjoy your personal space just the way you want it!

We provide convenient laundry options in each apartment, including a washing machine and dryer. You'll also find an ironing board and iron available for everyone to use, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh and tidy!

We do not offer a shuttle service, but we are happy to assist you in arranging a taxi. However, as we are located just a short distance from the main train station in St. Gallen, we highly recommend traveling by train instead! :)

Yes, each apartment features a modern kitchen with full amenities: pots, pans, cutlery, a stove and oven, and a steamer are all available for your use. Cooks are always welcome here! :)

You are of course welcome to work in the living room, but please check with your housemates to ensure it won't be disruptive. If you prefer a dedicated workspace, we offer 10 free accesses per month to our coworking space in the same building.

We kindly ask that you leave the room broom-clean: take out the trash and remove all personal items.
Additionally, all furniture should be in the same condition as when you moved in.
If the walls are dirty, they will need to be repainted.
However, before a new tenant moves in, we will professionally clean the room, so you don’t need to be a cleaning expert.
