Yes, you’ll definitely have your own privacy at 500 Wilson Ave. Each resident has their own private, secure space, and we make sure everyone feels comfortable and respected. Common areas are shared, but your room is exclusively yours.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

What information do I need to supply for the application?

For the application, we kindly ask for a copy of your valid ID along with supporting documents: a job letter if you are employed, or a student acceptance letter if you are currently studying. This helps us process your application smoothly and efficiently.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

It really depends on the situation, but we’re always open to working out an arrangement to help with your plans. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate whether you’d like to extend your stay or shorten it.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

We’re always happy to help if your plans change.

If you’d like to extend your stay, this may be possible depending on room availability. Please let us know at least 30–60 days before your lease ends, and we’ll gladly check availability and arrange the necessary updates for you.

If you’re considering shortening your stay, please keep in mind that leases are legally binding for the full term. That said, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Specific conditions may apply, so we encourage you to reach out to us in writing as early as possible.
