Our apartment was developed strategically keeping in mind the importance of accessibility of the location. The residents do not have to worry about moving to and from the location even if they do not have their own vehicles. Public transportation is also available in the locality, making the area of the development even more attractive. The residents of the development can use the NS23 Somerset MRT Station, DT20 Fort Canning MRT Station and CC1 Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to easily move to and from the location. The development is easily accessible and is connected via major roads and highways of the area from where the residents can reach any place in the city easily just by driving for a few minutes. The residents of the development can use the River Valley Road and Devonshire Road to move to and from the development.

We allow couple in some of our rooms but it depends on the room that you are booking and the tenancy agreement.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

We are quite flexible with move-in and move-out arrangements. You can coordinate these directly with your main point of contact. We will reach out to you using the contact details you provided on this platform to finalize your move-in details.

Yes, you will need to sign a lease. The minimum lease term is 90 days, and it will align with the dates you provided on the coliving platform. Once you've successfully paid the first month's rent through the platform (which will be released to us after you move in), we will send the lease to your email. After signing the lease, you will also need to pay the security deposit directly to us.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

The security deposit, equal to one month's rent, will be returned to you at least 14 days after your move-out date via the bank details you provide. Please note that the deposit is subject to deductions for any unpaid invoices or the move-out cleaning fee, as outlined in the tenancy agreement.

Yes, you may work in the communal areas. While we typically provide a working desk in each tenant's room, space permitting, you're welcome to use the communal areas for work. However, please use these spaces respectfully. For example, if you're working in the dining room, ensure other tenants can still use it for meals and avoid occupying communal areas for extended periods.

We strongly recommend locking your room and securing your valuables whenever you leave the house. This helps keep your belongings safe and prevents misunderstandings or unnecessary conflicts with other tenants or our staff in case of lost items.
