Location

Rue Georges Lardennois (19th Arrondissement), Paris
The exact location is provided after the booking is confirmed.

19th Arrondissement

The 19th Arrondissement sits on Paris’ northwest side and once formed the outskirts of the city. Of all the arrondissements of Paris, the 19th district is the most discreetly vibrant. Located in the northeast corner of the city, the area is dotted with the most charming village-like pockets, harking back to when it was outside the limits of Paris. The narrow, winding streets and occasional cottages give it a small-town feel, but be in no doubt: you’re still in Paris.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Top Questions
  • Of course, your bedroom is private, and in all our houses, we created shared spaces in order to allow you to create memorable moments with your roommates, but also just by yourself if you want to chill on the terrace or work in the co-working space.
  • Even though we love animals, pets are not allowed due to hygienic reasons and for our members who may be allergic.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
  • Yes, and you'll have plenty of flexible workspace options to focus and work. And even in your bedroom, you'll have your own desk to work on.
  • Our members are a unique bunch of fun, welcoming individuals who love life.

They all share the same universe as our community: learn, act, cook, dream, share, and party.

We believe in bringing people together and creating meaningful connections.

Our international community is composed of ex-pats as well as locals coming from all over the world (65 nationalities). Members of our houses are very creative, and they have established a unique family-like vibe.

You will never be bored. Worst-case scenario, you will dream.
  • Booking
  • During the application process, we will ask you to upload the required documents to conduct the background check.

These may include but are not limited to: government ID, bank statements, employment/student status, tax returns, personal guarantors, etc.
  • We don't evaluate you; we just make sure we are the right choice for you. And for us, the community aspect and values are the most important things. We care about our members, and that’s what drives us to do better every day.
  • You can chat about it during your call with our community management team.
  • Yes, via your own account on our mobile application, you'll have the possibility of managing your stay.

  • Policies
  • Yes, for a period of about 7 days per month and as long as your housemates agree with it. Use your discretion; we like to be flexible, but guests cannot pose a disturbance to your other housemates. If they are cool with it, we are.
  • Unfortunately, not anymore. We tried to create a product and service adapted for single parents with kids, but the experience was not as expected.
  • We do not accept pets.
By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.
