We are a Colonial "Casona" located in the vibrant heart of Todos Santos. This coliving blends beautiful common areas with the privacy of a personal retreat.
Built in the late 1930s, this adobe house was once the property of one of the most antique families in Todos Santos. At the beginning, it had only 2 rooms and common areas. Nowadays, with our six-bedroom configuration, we host up to 12 guests comfortably who enjoy our exquisite pool, hot tub, and rooftop with panoramic views of Todos Santos' Palmar.
Our unique co-living concept fosters authentic connections, offering private rooms alongside welcoming shared spaces. At our property, your stay is more than just an accommodation; it's becoming part of a community. In the vibrant heart of Todos Santos, we offer a unique combination of beautiful common areas and the warmth and privacy of an enchanted abode house.
We had the opportunity to redesign this property, it has been around for quite a long time, it was build in the late 1930's and it is considered one of the 40 most antique houses in town that are either a business or a family house nowadays and you have the opportunity to become part of the community that has lived here.
A rural colonial property, is the perfect match for a magical town like Todos Santos. to become one of the most unique places to stay in town. We honored the local decor with a minimalistic touch, giving each guest the feeling of being hosted neatly but with the uniqueness of a Mexican town.
Something that makes this a unique is our commitment to co-living and nurturing authentic human connections. Each guest relishes the comfort of their own private room while being welcomed into shared spaces designed for interaction and fellowship.

Todos Santos is what is called in Mexico a Pueblo Magico (magical town), meaning that there are aspects of the town that are a most when you visit.
Todos Santos was once the first franciscan mission in the Baja California Peninsula, then it grew to become a very important sugar town for Mexico and Spain during the colony. Nowadays, holds history, art and various forms of culinary art.
Near Todos Santos is Cerritos beach, the most famous beach in the surroundings for surfing, so if you are into this amazing sport, this is your place to be.
