Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Guests are never allowed, nor do we permit overnight guests. If this rule is broken, you will be asked to leave. Further, be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
What is the policy on alcohol?
Drinking inside is strictly prohibited in the house. You are free to do so in the outside communal areas. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property, please respect your fellow colivers and our neighbors.
