Kallang is perfect for those who love staying near the bustling city yet have the convenience of reaching home in no time. If you dislike towns that have grown too big for their size, yet crave convenience and amenities, then the city fringe neighborhood of Kallang might be the ideal place to stay. Its strategic position in the city-fringe is one of the highlights as well. Thus, It is just a mere 5-7 minutes’ drive to the Central Business District (CBD) and the Marina Bay Financial District.

In the heart of the neighborhood, you’ll also find a massive wet market and food center, which makes for a great place to fill up on local foods. There are clinics, coffee shops, and 2 supermarkets in the neighborhood. Oh, did I mention that it is only 4-5 minutes walk to the train station?

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.
