- We love animals, but unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets at this time due to allergies from some guests. We hope you understand!
- Yes, you can absolutely split the rent with your partner or a friend if the room allows for two people. It's a great way to share the space and experience our community together!
- We have some lovely outsider tables with outlets next to the river that people use when the weather is good. We also have a small workspace down stairs with a printer and video lights for zoom calls. 4 mesh Wifi stations provide good coverage around most of the villa.
- You will be sharing the home with a diverse group of English-speaking guests who enjoy cooking, hiking, and traveling. Everyone is focused on improving their health and making the most of their time together, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- Yes, we clean all the bedrooms once a week to keep everything fresh and tidy. You can also use the 'please clean' sign whenever you want your room to be cleaned. Our cleaning staff is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, ensuring a comfortable living environment for everyone.
