If you are looking for a truly authentic Algarvian experience, then our house is the perfect coliving space for you. This beautiful accommodation is located among the oldest streets in Tavira, Eastern Algarve, Portugal. The house is hidden in a small residential square behind the main praça in the heart of the historical center of Tavira, one of the most architecturally attractive towns in the Algarve.
Everything within town is a short walk away, and we are only a 2-minute walk from the bus station with local services as well as coach services to Seville, Spain, Lisbon, and Porto, amongst other Portuguese towns. The house comprises five individually decorated double private bedrooms with double-size beds (150 x 200 cm), all with desks and WIFI, balconies or exterior doors, and en-suite shower rooms. Three of the bedrooms open onto the small residential square at the front of the building. The remaining two have private patio areas with tables and seating, ideal for taking a coffee, enjoying the sun, or just relaxing.

Each room has been designed and comfortably furnished, so you can enjoy the space and truly relax. To make your stay more comfortable, each bedroom has heating for the winter. We provide a hairdryer in each room, and our 100% Egyptian cotton towels and linen will make your stay even more pleasurable. The shower rooms include complimentary, fragrant toiletries enriched with essential oils to help you relax.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, and a filtered drinking water dispenser in the lounge for you to use whenever you like. There is a spacious, dedicated work room with desks and chairs that can be used on a daily basis and can also be booked for meetings or to take private video calls. As well as the communal lounge, we also have a roof terrace where you can sit and relax in one of our comfy loungers. The whole house provides free WiFi access. The roof terrace offers both sun and shade and is a pleasant place to rest and unwind. There is a TV in the main lounge area where you can catch up on TV, news, shows, and sporting events. There is a dedicated quiet work space with desks.

Community

We welcome everyone and anyone to join us in our little haven in the sun. We love to have people stay with us who are happy and enjoying life, or perhaps need a bit of this lifestyle to feel the love. Our purpose is to create a space where guests can make fun memories, make friends, make future contacts, and be inspired to produce their most amazing work.

We can arrange specific trips or excursions and pass on our advice and recommendations. If you would like to take Portuguese language lessons, we have a teacher we can arrange for online or in person lessons with. For those that are interested in sports activities, within Tavira there is a fully equipped gym, a dance studio, tennis courts, and an indoor swimming pool. As we are located in the centre of Tavira, there are many yoga studios we can recommend, as well as massages. There are local live music venues open throughout the year that we can recommend, and we can help you arrange excursions and experiences such as wine tasting, olive oil production, art-based workshops such as printmaking, ceramics, drawing, etc. Getting involved with local groups is a great way to integrate into the community with locals and other colivers.

There are also other activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, and kayaking. It is also possible to book daily excursions that include lunch and transport to the surrounding countryside, lakes, or beaches.
