Will I have privacy?All guests have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

Are pets allowed?Although we love all the pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.

Is there a designated space for work?You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

What if the place is not as advertised?If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

HOW MANY ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE?We have a total of 12 rooms, with a mix of twin share, private single or private double layouts to suit every preference and budget.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?We prefer our leases to be for a minimum of 2 weeks but shorter stays are also available.
You are welcome to stay for as long as you like! -
DO I HAVE TO PAY A BOND?We take a deposit equivalent to 2 weeks rent on arrival.

IS THERE ANY PARKING?Street parking is readily available on Fern Place otherwise we have several secure parking spots for $70 per week.

DO YOU HAVE CLEANING FACILITIES?We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer from just $3 per cycle. There are also communal ironing equipment available to keep you looking sharp.

DO I HAVE TO CLEAN MY ROOM?Yes. We ask you keep the communal kitchen, lounge, and your personal space clean and hygienic. We can arrange professional cleaning super cheap if you’re short of time.
