Although we love all the pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them.
We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Street parking is readily available on Fern Place otherwise we have several secure parking spots for $70 per week.
We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer from just $3 per cycle. There are also communal ironing equipment available to keep you looking sharp.
Yes. We ask you keep the communal kitchen, lounge, and your personal space clean and hygienic. We can arrange professional cleaning super cheap if you’re short of time.
