Our central location means that it is easy to get to us from all locations across Sydney.
Living in the heart of Bondi Junction - and a stone's throw away from the beach, city, Surry Hills, Double Bay, and Paddington - this coliving gives you the opportunity to explore all the bars, restaurants, and nightlife this great city has to offer.
There is plenty to do in the area and great transport links to all the local hotspots. Make the days and nights as small or big as you like

  • You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
  • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
  • You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

  • All guests have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
  • Although we love all the pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • General
  • We have a total of 12 rooms, with a mix of twin share, private single or private double layouts to suit every preference and budget.
  • We prefer our leases to be for a minimum of 2 weeks but shorter stays are also available.

    You are welcome to stay for as long as you like!
  • We take a deposit equivalent to 2 weeks rent on arrival.
  • Street parking is readily available on Fern Place otherwise we have several secure parking spots for $70 per week.
  • We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer from just $3 per cycle. There are also communal ironing equipment available to keep you looking sharp.
  • Yes. We ask you keep the communal kitchen, lounge, and your personal space clean and hygienic. We can arrange professional cleaning super cheap if you’re short of time.
