Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Our contracts establish a time of at least 6 weeks from the check-out date (as long as you have made the request for refund of the deposit in the client area before that date) or from the date of the request for refund of the deposit (these terms are on the guest's contract). Note that you need to fill in all your details correctly.
The refund's deadline appears in the contract and in our extranet of customers. When your departure date approaches, you will be sent an email reminding you to enter the bank details for the return (i5 days before your check-out). -
