Located in the center of the bustling surf town of Playa Jaco, our coliving is a private tropical oasis for digital nomads.
Our sprawling property is shaded from the hot Central American sun thanks to large mango trees, tall palms, and other beautiful tropical flora.
Here you will feel right at home—our motto is "mi casa es su casa," and we really mean it.
Our family-style common areas are great for gathering, hanging out, and making long-lasting friendships.
With 7 private rooms and 1 dorm, our boutique property can host up to 18 people.Â
All rooms have a ceiling and a floor fan.
Guests will enjoy both the comfort of a private room and the communal experience of coliving.Â
We welcome digital nomads from all over the world, so get ready to meet some amazing people!

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
