Colivys welcomes you in this splendid 116 m² duplex on the fifth floor of a modern building located in the eco-district of Ginko, Bordeaux. Rented fully furnished and equipped, it has five bedrooms: two of 10 m², one of 11 m², one of 12 m², and one of 15 m². One of the bedrooms benefits from its own 31 m² balcony, as well as a smaller private balcony, accessible only from the two upstairs bedrooms.
