A peaceful rural coliving space in the heart of Ibiza, designed for digital nomads, artists, and freelancers seeking nature, calm, and creative inspiration.
The coliving is set in a century-old traditional Ibicencan house, recently renovated with modern comforts while preserving its original charm. You’ll find stone walls, sabina wood beam ceilings, and the unique soul of Ibiza’s rural architecture. Outdoor areas are also framed by the island’s characteristic dry stone walls, blending perfectly into the natural surroundings.
Shared areas include 33,000 m² of natural land with a private forest, a swimming pool, several large outdoor tables with strong Wi-Fi for working in nature, porches and terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a yoga tipi for mindful moments.
The coliving features 8 accommodations: 4 independent guesthouses with private bathrooms and 4 rooms inside the main house.
All rooms come with A/C, heating, fast Wi-Fi, and the option of a full workspace setup: desk, office chair, 27” monitor, keyboard, mouse, and laptop stand.
Ideal for mid- to long-term stays. We usually host around 10 colivers, and are currently home to 5 long-term residents aged 30–40: freelancers, artists, and entrepreneurs, creating a warm and family-like atmosphere.

We keep things simple: independent living, respectful shared spaces, fast Wi-Fi for deep work, and plenty of nature to disconnect and recharge.
With a minimum stay of one month, connections grow naturally, many of our residents stay for several months, and some have even made it their permanent home.

We’re located in the north of Ibiza, a peaceful, natural, and non-touristy area. This part of the island still preserves its original hippie spirit, with a relaxed and creative vibe.
Surrounded by nature and authentic Ibicencan villages, it’s perfect for those seeking calm, inspiration, and a slower pace of life.
Nearby you’ll find community spaces frequented by residents and expats, such as theHUB Coworking, Primal Moves (well-being & movement), and Lydia’s North (social events & food), along with local and hippie markets, hidden beaches, and pine forest trails.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We offer laundry facilities including a washing machine that all residents can use, as well as an outdoor drying space where you can hang your clothes and enjoy the fresh air while they dry.
