We are offering you this comfortable 90 m² flat in Saint-Denis! Just refurbished and available for rent in coliving, this flat is located on the 7th floor of a new and modern residence, equipped with a lift. It consists of 6 rooms served by an entrance of 5 m², as follows: a kitchen of 8 m², a bathroom of 4 m², a separate toilet, and 4 bedrooms. You will find a beautiful bedroom of 24 m², a beautiful bedroom of 14 m², a third bedroom of almost 12 m² and a fourth of 11 m². All the rooms of the flat are equipped and have multiple storage spaces. They also look out onto the wooded and warm main street. This comfortable flat is located in the heart of a wooded and lively neighbourhood. You will find all the local shops (markets, grocery shops, restaurants, bars) you need for your daily life at situated the bottom of your building. You are a fan of sports and entertainment? Going to the Stade de France will be a child's play. It is only a few minutes' walk from the flat and a dozen thanks to the RER B and D. It will also be easy to get to Paris, thanks to bus lines 153 and 302 and metro line 12 "Front Populaire" less than 5 minutes away on foot.
