Welcome to our fully furnished rooms! Our accommodations include everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The Jalan Besar Conservation Area extends along Jalan Besar and Foch Road, the upper portions of Tessensohn Road, Race Course Road, and Tyrwhitt Road, Cavan Road and Hamilton Road, and portions of Serangoon Road, Lavender Street, Kitchener Road, Sam Leong Road, and Maude Road. All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Rent will only be charged to one party. As a default, all our rooms are able to accommodate one person. However, certain rooms are able to a maximum of two people.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.
