Welcome to our fully furnished rooms! Our accommodations include everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Each room is thoughtfully designed with a premium mattress, wardrobe, air conditioning, and WiFi. You'll have access to a bathroom, which may be ensuite, private, or shared. The Jalan Besar Conservation Area extends along Jalan Besar and Foch Road, the upper portions of Tessensohn Road, Race Course Road, and Tyrwhitt Road, Cavan Road and Hamilton Road, and portions of Serangoon Road, Lavender Street, Kitchener Road, Sam Leong Road, and Maude Road. It also consists of an elaborate row of terraced dwellings along Petain Road.

This location is comprised of a row of eight conservation shophouses that have been completely refurbished internally to also include communal areas like a rooftop. Nestled within the Jalan Besar conservation area, this estate is rich with history, dating back to the 1900s, 'where'sireh' and 'nipah' were cultivated.

It is renowned for its coffee houses and bohemian cafés. Spend an afternoon here, and you'll discover a variety of delicious cuisine, vibrant murals, and boutique hotels. Live and breathe Singapore's history with comfort in our spacious rooms and units.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Rent will only be charged to one party. As a default, all our rooms are able to accommodate one person. However, certain rooms are able to a maximum of two people.

Please reach out to us before booking for two people as it might come with an extra fee.
Is there a designated space for work?

Depending on your chosen room, you may have a designated working area.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Like-minded individuals who are either attending university or working around the area.
Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated check-in time or stay past the check-out time?

You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready; please get in contact with us.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments. You may smoke on your common balcony if there are no objections from your flatmates. If not, please head down to the nearest designated smoking area.

Do note that anyone found smoking indoors or disposing of cigarette buds inappropriately will be subject to a cleaning fee.
What are the quiet hours?

On a weekday, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekends.

As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
