You can work and relax in our hammocks, which are surrounded by beautiful mango trees.
All rooms in this spacious accommodation have private ensuite bathrooms, with most bedrooms featuring luxurious 1.80 × 2m beds and dedicated workspaces.
Our modern co-working space is meticulously designed with motorized height-adjustable desks, premium 27-29 inch monitors, and ergonomic chairs to ensure optimal comfort during your work sessions.

Musicians are also always welcome, since we have a guitar and drums in the house. We also have a private party cave in the villa. Our villa is easily accessible via public transport, with the nearest bus stops just 85m and 140m away. The bus line 912 operates every 30 minutes at peak times (Sundays every hour). Taxis from the city center to the coliving cost €7. Being in Santa Cruz, where the island's main bus terminal is located, provides a huge advantage since buses from here depart for all parts of the island, making it a very convenient place for nomads without a car.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. You have a coworking space in the house. You also have a desk in your room and working places in the garden.
You will be sharing the house with other remote workers.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.
