Our modern co-working space is meticulously designed with motorized height-adjustable desks, premium 27-29 inch monitors, and ergonomic chairs to ensure optimal comfort during your work sessions.

With an array of sports equipment available on our terraces, you'll find ample opportunities to stay active and energized. We understand the importance of privacy and intimacy, providing a sanctuary where you can work in silence and comfort. However, we also cherish the joy of shared experiences, from family dinners to cultural activities, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and lasting friendships. Musicians are also always welcome, since we have a guitar and drums in the house. We also have a private party cave in the villa. Taxis from the city center to the coliving cost €7.
