Step into a bright and welcoming 150 m2 flat, fully renovated to offer modern comfort and privacy. This spacious flat features three sunlit bedrooms and three fully functional bathrooms, providing the perfect environment for both relaxation and productivity. Each room is furnished with high-quality furniture, and new windows and doors—each with its own key—guarantee your personal space and privacy. Choose between a cozy 135 cm full bed or a queen-sized bed, depending on your preference.

Each private room, as well as the living room, comes with its own air conditioning system, ensuring comfort year-round. Our community thrives on sharing experiences, and the large living room offers the ideal space for coworking, socializing, or relaxing with a movie. Whether you’re planning your next city adventure or connecting with fellow colivers, this space is designed for creating meaningful moments together.

As the community manager, I’m here to support you, whether it’s over a casual coffee or tea, or through our weekly meal gatherings. We believe that connecting with others is key to a fulfilling coliving experience, and our shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy delicious meals together. Plus, a cleaner comes in twice a week to ensure that the space stays perfect for everyone.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and a timetable for shared activities and peaceful coexistence. You can also enjoy the convenience of digital access to the Coliving through your mobile device, making entry and security hassle-free.

Water, electricity, high-speed WiFi, and cleaning services are all included, making your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible.

Our journey to Mallorca began 8 years ago when my husband moved here for work, leaving behind our life in Saudi Arabia. Initially, he lived in a rural hotel close to his job, but it wasn’t long before he felt the need for a more comfortable and engaging space. After switching between several accommodations, he finally found a long-term apartment, and that experience inspired us to open this coliving space.

We created this community to help professionals who, like my husband, are navigating the challenges of relocating for work. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, developer, freelancer, digital nomad, or remote worker, we understand how important it is to find a home that allows you to focus on your goals while adjusting to a new environment.

Our coliving space is designed to provide a beautiful, comfortable, and supportive home, giving you the time and peace of mind to settle in, search for your long-term plans, and focus on your personal and professional growth.
