Our house of 242m2 located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris has 6 bedrooms divided over 4 floors. One room upstairs has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony. The ground floor is a fully equipped open living kitchen and enough space for lavish dinners and a bay window opening onto a courtyard. The best part of this house is the roof terrace, which is not something you find every day in Paris.

Our apartment is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. The large apartment is located in a quiet and green residential street. The property has a courtyard and a roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris. A couple of blocks away you will find the Parc Georges Brassens with its Puppet theatre, convenient stores, some bars and restaurants.
