Welcome to our residences, where you can get more for your rent and experience apartment living done right. Located in the vibrant Lincoln Park neighborhood, we offer a range of living options to suit your needs, including fully-furnished, shared co-living suites, as well as studios and two-bedroom apartments with beautiful finishes.
Our fully-furnished three- and four-bedroom co-living suites are designed to make you feel at home from day one, with a spacious living room, brand new kitchen, and a private bedroom with hand-selected furniture from top brands like Floyd and Article, as well as colorful accessories that add personality. You'll have all the necessities provided, so you can settle in quickly and easily. Private and shared bathrooms are available (shared bathrooms are designated for a maximum of two roommates and are cleaned weekly by our in-house team).
If you prefer your own space, our studios and two-bedroom units offer spacious layouts and beautiful finishes to make your apartment feel like home. And when you step outside your door, you'll find a wide range of amenities that cater to your everyday needs and provide fun at any time.
