The newly and fully refurbished apartment is located in the calm and green courtyard right behind Rue Lecourbe. It comprises of 3-bedrooms and is located on the 6th floor of an 11-storey building with access to an elevator. The property has a living room and a separate kitchen with both spaces having respective access onto a shared terrace overlooking a green strip. Room 1 has a beautiful view at the Eiffel Tower.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of the sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsors a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.

City centre - Mainly residential, the Saint-Lambert district is well known for the exhibition center and Le Dôme de Paris, a hall hosting concerts and major sporting events. Parc Georges-Brassens has a small lake and an elegant pavilion where a second-hand book market is held every week. The André-Citroën park is also in the immediate vicinity. Further on, the quiet streets are lined with cafes, restaurants and supermarket. The district is considered by Parisians as a pleasant place to walk, like a village within the city.
