Alcobendas

Alcobendas is in the north of Madrid, just 15 minutes from the city center and the financial district of the city, both accessible thanks to the excellent public transport connections. A short walk from urban green areas, sports facilities, museums, and shopping malls. Enjoy evenings at the local cinema, dinner with classic Spanish dishes, or meet with friends for a drink at a traditional brewery.

After the reservation payment is complete, the resident must submit the required documents within 48 hours: valid ID, proof of income for single occupiers required (monthly income must be higher than -> 2,5 x monthly rent as gross income), and proof of income for double occupiers required (monthly income must be higher than -> 4 x monthly rent as gross income).

Be advised that the security deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
