Far Home Coliving offers accommodation in the heart of Madrid, close to one of the main streets, Gran Vía and practically you can go walking to the main attractions of the city! Unlike other similar accommodations, we offer confortable rooms with air conditioning, heating,private bathrooms, TV, wifi, maximum hygiene and with no more than four beds in each one. All rooms are spacious and comfortables, with individual lockers, private bathrooms, desk, air conditioning, central heating,Led TV .
The private rooms also have Led TV, air conditioning, desk, central heating, closets, hairdryer.
To all clients we offer free wifi connection, bed sheets, towels, 24h reception.

i had a wonderful experience staying at this coliving space. it’s absolutely fabulous, right in the heart of everything. the atmosphere was beautiful, and i truly appreciated all that was offered. i would give it a solid 9 out of 10.
The attention of the staff is very good
The place is very nice, the reception staff are very friendly, the cleaning is excellent, the beds are very good, everything is in very good condition, very cozy. I will definitely come back. The only downside is that some guests make a lot of noise and do not respect the sleep of others, but otherwise, it is highly recommended in a unique location and close to everything.
Ideally located in the heart of Madrid. Functional triple room with private bathroom. Very clean establishment, well-maintained. Pleasant common areas, large fridge, ideal for relaxing for a moment and having a quick bite. Very good value for money.

Clean, organized, well-located, and quiet. Good value for money.
As a consideration, a curtain should be placed on each bed for privacy. Other than that, everything was fine, with light, a locker and individual plug, comfortable beds... In the bathrooms and showers, it would be appreciated to have a place to leave belongings. Thank you.
I stayed for a month and found the place to be comfortable and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, and everything was in good order. Just a heads up, towels come at an extra cost. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Small room but very well utilized. Comfortable, clean, well located, well soundproofed. Pleasant treatment. Suitable for many types of guests.

Incredible for me, as I frequently go to Madrid, to find a coliving that, no matter how good it is, does not have a price that corresponds to what it offers. We are going to have to spend the night like vagrants... Before, if there was one I liked, I would book it for the next trip, now it is either not available or the price has increased a lot. I hope it has a cap.
Good location, close to the metro station and the Atocha train station, also near supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Clean, quiet, safe space, with a kitchen equipped for meals. The only issue is that the bathrooms do not have a bench or something similar to place your belongings while you take a shower.
