I can't express how much I enjoyed my stay here. I lived on the second floor in a room with four bunk beds. It was always clean and fresh. The bed linens were changed every 2-3 days, and the room had its own balcony and private bathroom/shower. The reception staff were super friendly and kind. I truly felt at home and looked forward to returning each day. If I travel again, I will definitely stay here again.

There was a small downside - there was no place to dry clothes. Yes, there's a dryer, but I didn't want to run it just for socks.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beds and the impeccable bathrooms, both in terms of aesthetics and hygiene. The staff was excellent, providing 24-hour attention. The place was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room didn't have an en-suite bathroom, which wasn't ideal, but we were fully aware of our choice when booking. The location is perfect for getting around the center. Breakfast was decent, though the coffee could use some improvement, but the croissants were excellent.

Our room was compact but had a very large private bathroom. The decor was minimal but charming, the bed comfortable, with outlets conveniently near the bed. The bathroom was stocked with shower gels, soaps, a hairdryer, towels, and bath sheets. There were communal spaces including a living room and kitchen, and a refrigerator to store your belongings. Additionally, there was a food and beverage dispenser offered at accessible prices, along with a kettle and assorted teas and coffees. The kitchen was available for guest use to cook their meals. We had a delightful breakfast buffet with both sweet and savory options; the tortillas were especially delicious. Everything was impeccably clean and the staff friendly. We had the convenience of leaving our luggage until 4 PM and using the shared spaces beyond the check-in times. Even though it was July, we never had to use the air conditioner because the windows opened onto a patio, providing air and light without direct sunlight.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. I recommend this space for its cleanliness and convenient positioning.

Due to the windows facing the common patio, noise can be an issue if other guests aren't considerate.

I found my stay here quite pleasant overall. The space is well-maintained and clean. While the entrance is a bit hidden, the interior is lovely. There are multiple floors with rooms. The common area with the kitchen on the first floor is well-kept. They even have a small terrace with tables. Inside, there's even a piano. Plates, cutlery, cups, and pots are available for cooking (which you'll need to wash after use), along with all the appliances like a kettle, oven, fridge, etc., plus a vending machine for food and drinks.

The staff at the reception speak English well, especially a lady with blond hair. She has a great accent, very calm, and explains everything clearly. They offer taxi booking services to the airport which need to be reserved THE DAY BEFORE checkout. At check-in, you're given a foldable sheet with ALL the necessary information. Check-in is from 2 pm, but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception and explore.

My room had 12 beds and was very spacious, pleasantly quiet overall. Bathrooms are scattered across the floors.

The location is very central, close to major attractions which are all within walking distance, and there are several subway stations nearby.

Areas for improvement: I'd prefer bathrooms inside the rooms rather than outside, some guests were a bit noisy at night (though this isn't really within the staff's control), a larger terrace would be nice, and not having to pay for luggage storage after 4 pm on check-out day. I had a small issue where a guest asked for my phone number; we had a brief chat, and he wanted to exchange contacts, but I declined. He left the following day.

Overall, my experience was positive, with just a small hiccough.

The location is perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk to major attractions. Everything was clean, and the facilities were great. There's a nice common area, and the staff was both nice and helpful. The WiFi is very fast.

I had an excellent experience. The staff was notably attentive, especially a guy with blue eyes and long hair. He was incredibly kind and helpful, resolving an issue I had with great attention to detail. You don't often find such human kindness in places like this. Congratulations on having such a great employee! I was very grateful and it's a shame I couldn't thank him again in person before I left. Overall, everything else was great. The only suggestion I have is to add curtains to the beds. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Incredible experience! It's just a 10-minute walk from all the major attractions and has a metro station only a minute away. The entire place is very welcoming, and the common areas are amazing. The staff is really kind and nice, and I felt very welcomed by them!
