Very good place, clean, comfortable rooms, easy access, clean bathrooms.
Common areas are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking or bringing your food.
Reception staff very attentive.

Overall, our stay at the coliving was correct. We only stayed for one night and did not use any of the common areas, so I cannot comment on them. The bed was comfortable, and the room was good for a coliving. You could hear some noise from other rooms, but nothing too significant.

The price seemed somewhat high for what they offer. A negative point was that the website indicated a buffet breakfast available for 8 euros, but upon arrival, that option did not exist. Luckily, there was a nearby place to have breakfast early. Additionally, we sent an email before our arrival that we never received a response to.

On the other hand, the reception staff was friendly and attentive.

In summary, it is a correct coliving for a short stay, with a good location but with some details to improve regarding communication and advertised services. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this coliving in December.
During the year-end and New Year season, prices at any coliving were skyrocketing. Although it was a dormitory, it was very helpful to find such an affordable place. There were no curtains, so we could see each other in the room, but there were no other major issues. The room had two shared toilets and two shared showers, so I never felt crowded or inconvenienced.
Also, depending on the timing, I appreciated being able to choose between the upper and lower bunk beds at check-in. Even if I got the upper bunk, there was a sturdy ladder, so I felt comfortable using it. There was also a laundry facility on site, which was convenient for long-term stays or travel laundry.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

the location is perfect. cleanliness is good. edly at the front desk is a gem who deserves to be appreciated. there are many signs with information about events, safety, and warnings, such as being fined for changing beds, but I didn’t see any rules in english or spanish that outline the house guidelines, which is necessary. with so many people from different cultures and backgrounds, clear rules are essential. for instance, there was a guest in my room who talked on the phone from 7 pm to 10 pm. I had to ask her to stop, which shouldn’t be necessary. also, it should be prohibited to wear shoes inside the room. the room has an unpleasant odor, and people get onto the beds with their shoes on, bringing in dirt from outside. over time, this smell will only get worse.

The place is close to the metro SOL. Likewise, the location is very helpful as you can walk to various places of interest.
The people are kind.
The common areas are always clean, and the bathrooms are always clean and smell good.
I stayed in a private room with two beds, which has enough space to leave two large suitcases and just come back to sleep.
And the hallways are always well-lit.
In general, it is very well located and clean.
