I stayed from Thursday to Sunday and everything was great.
The idea of integration on Friday while having wine was wonderful.
I will return without a doubt.
I had an outstanding experience at this coliving, perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk to all the attractions. The setup is impressive—the common area and kitchen are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to unwind. There are also several large supermarkets nearby for those who prefer cooking. Plus, there's a fantastic churro spot right at the end of the road. The outdoor patio next to the common area is a nice touch. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of bathrooms and great showers. The room was basic but clean and functional, exactly what I needed. It's hard to find better value accommodation in such a prime location, especially for travelers looking for comfort. During my month-long stay, they organized free coffee and churros, a guided city walk, and movie nights, actively enhancing the experience. The background music throughout was not to my taste, as I prefer quiet. Also, the piano in the common area became a bit annoying when someone played late in the evening. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend this place to others.
It met my expectations.
Excellent space! It has just what you need; you can walk to many of the tourist spots. Comfortable stay, very modest, and with services at 100%. Highly recommended!
The best and cheap place to stay in the center of Madrid. Everything is comfortable – from the bed to the kitchen and toilets. The staff are so nice and approachable. Daily cleaners are amazing and nice too. Stayed there for 10 days and I will stay there again.
Good place to stay in Madrid.
Very central.
Warm and quiet place.
Overall, everything was fine, although the reception staff was a bit rude. I believe that even if it's not your day for whatever reason, you can still make an effort to not let it show!
Very clean and organized coliving! The receptionists are very friendly and attentive. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi that doesn't work, at least in the area where I stayed (room 307).
I stayed at this coliving and found it very well located, close to everything I needed. The rooms were clean and divided by gender, which I appreciated. There was an elevator for easy access to the floors, and a common area with microwaves and sofas, which made it a nice place to relax. The service was friendly and there were daily events that made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside I encountered was the three stairs leading up to the entrance. I understand that most guests don’t have an issue, but for someone like me, it would be helpful to have a handrail for support. There is a wheelchair lift available, but I would have preferred additional assistance with railings. Overall, I had a good experience.
Clean, beautiful, and affordable, the location is perfect. I recommend this coliving.
