Far Home Coliving offers accommodation in the heart of Madrid, close to one of the main streets, Gran Vía and practically you can go walking to the main attractions of the city! Unlike other similar accommodations, we offer confortable rooms with air conditioning, heating,private bathrooms, TV, wifi, maximum hygiene and with no more than four beds in each one. All rooms are spacious and comfortables, with individual lockers, private bathrooms, desk, air conditioning, central heating,Led TV .
The private rooms also have Led TV, air conditioning, desk, central heating, closets, hairdryer.
To all clients we offer free wifi connection, bed sheets, towels, 24h reception.

I truly made a great choice! I'm glad I stayed at this coliving; the front desk staff were very efficient and friendly at all times, the spaces are very well thought-out and I used every corner, very good cleanliness, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom (which, at least for me, is very important), they have good midweek activities to get to know everyone and have a good time, and the room lockers are very spacious!!! They were very useful. I will return without a doubt and I met other guests who return every year, which really gave me good vibes, and then I understood why they come back. Thanks for these days in the city!
I paid 180 euros for 3 nights for a double room with shared bathrooms. It seemed a bit expensive after having traveled 3 months across Spain. I understand the price is for the air conditioning (all accommodations significantly raise the price when that filter is selected), but also for the excellent location, close to everything: restaurants, shops for all kinds of shopping, nightlife, tourist attractions and metro stations.
The place is spotless, has 24-hour reception and they have a well-equipped kitchen which is very useful. Also very nice common areas.
The beds were super comfortable.
The first night we noticed that the bed lights didn't work, the TV didn't work and the ceiling light was flickering. We reported it to reception and to the contact number and they said they'd resolve it as soon as they could. We checked out and it wasn't fixed. It's a small thing that is easily fixed. It's room 204, so it doesn't happen to other guests.
Areas to improve:
The showers could have some mini shelves to place shampoo or other products.
Place a chair or small stool in the rooms that have folding desks, a very practical accessory.
Signpost the rooms a bit better. When going up the stairs, check the signs and see if any indicate where rooms 201 to 208 are located.
The ambient music is a nice touch, it's relaxing, but vary it a bit. It's the same song over and over; it becomes unbearable after 3 days.
Although I found it a bit expensive due to the lack of details, it is a very clean, comfortable and practical coliving, so I will stay there again.

I was the victim of smartphone theft during my stay in the city, but the reception staff at this coliving were kind and helpful!! (´∀｀)
Also, the location is good and the rooms are clean, so I think it offers excellent value for money.
Very centrally located, the facilities are very clean, there is a very good atmosphere among the residents, and the common areas are very well maintained, in addition to having very low prices for its location. Excellent value for money.

Very nice place, clean, and the people there are very cordial.
I 100% recommend the host, SUPER CLEAN, perfect and SAFE location, 3 minutes from everything, the reception staff ALL COURTEOUS AND SUPPORTIVE!!! DON'T HESITATE, whether alone, as a couple, or with friends, and it has a relaxation room and dining area where you really feel COMFORTABLE!!! I will return!!!
I really liked this coliving, I stayed two days and was able to visit many places because of its location, the rooms were very clean, the bathroom was in the room, and the roommates I had were very considerate in everything, I had a very good experience, I recommend it.
