I would like to highlight the outstanding support from the team, and the great assistance from the staff in the Commercial department. Rest assured that the Support team is diligently taking care of your request while you wait, and will get back to you once everything is properly resolved. This truly reflects their commitment to delivering thorough and reliable service.

I rented a room here, and unfortunately, upon my arrival, the room was quite dirty, although the common areas were a bit better. The photos in the listing were accurate for the room but not for the common areas, especially the kitchen, which looked larger in the pictures and was without windows. However, the team was very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

I would like to highlight the excellence of this team. From the very first exchanges regarding our project, I was impressed by their availability, attentive support, and the clarity of their advice. Their follow-up has always been rigorous, and their after-sales service demonstrates a real concern for customer satisfaction. A big thank you in particular to our advisor for his responsiveness and efficiency when a problem arose: he was able to quickly find an appropriate solution, which reassured us a lot.

It is true that the prices are a bit high and that cleanliness depends a lot on the seriousness of the housemates, but overall, the solution remains very practical and well-organized. A serious, dedicated, and trustworthy team. I recommend them without hesitation!

Used it twice, it's not a scam, the service really works and is very efficient: if you need accommodation quickly for a few months in Paris, you get it in 48 hours. The places are as shown in the photos, and the room (well organized IKEA) is clean upon arrival. Regarding the common areas, it all depends on your roommates (whom you do not choose). Perfect for spending a few months in Paris without spending a few months looking for an apartment ;-)

I am generally satisfied with my experience with the coliving agency. The team is responsive and quickly addresses complaints, which is very appreciated. However, I am still waiting for the resolution regarding a mattress reported as dirty upon my arrival. I hope this issue will be taken care of soon. Despite this, the overall service is professional and efficient.

I highly recommend it to parents looking for coliving accommodation of very good quality with an excellent location. In Lyon, but they are also in Lille, Bordeaux, Montpellier, and Toulouse unless I am mistaken. The booking process is super simple (like a coliving), and the check-in is very quick. As in any coliving, cleanliness depends on the organization of the community, and that's very good. The customer platform is responsive.

The coliving was clean and student-friendly.
