For instance, one evening in November, our heating system went out at 5 pm due to external work. The host promptly sent a team who fixed everything by 8 pm—it was very reassuring. Also, obtaining documents like the lease and housing assistance certificate was quick and hassle-free. The all-inclusive rent, while a bit higher, is justified by the level of effort and service you receive here.
