About Guadalajara

Guadalajara is one of the most important business, economical and cultural hubs in Mexico, making it a great coliving space for digital nomads. The city is home to nearly one and a half million inhabitants and sits in the western part of the country. The city is great for remote workers to call home and possibly pick up a second language while living here. Guadalajara is full of Museums, Restaurants, and Bars. Whether it’s your weekend off or maybe just your afternoon, you can check out the old town and see some museums full of culture during this time.

The climate here is nearly perfect depending on what you’re looking for, but if it's warm weather, you’ve come to the right place. The average yearly temperature here is between 60ºF and 72ºF, which is great as it will never get too cold. In the evening hours, the city really comes to life, as people get off work and the nightlife begins to open. You can enjoy world-class cuisine here from small street stalls to high-end dining experiences. After a nice meal, you can head straight to the bars to enjoy some live music or the nightclubs that run into the early hours.

Living in Guadalajara as a digital nomad you’ll be able to experience a cheaper cost of living spending on the country you’re coming from. If you’re from the United States then the cost here is much lower, saving you money in the long run. The city has all types of public transit to get you anywhere you need to be in the city, from buses to light rail and even a subway system too. This makes it easy to get around and you won’t have to worry about getting a car. A quick drive away from the city is the international airport, with flights all around the Americas. These include flights to North and South America as well as beyond.
