Our coliving development position has been conceived and planned for a long time! In reality, it was difficult to find the right piece of land that could easily accept and implement the entire plan we had on our minds. However, after brief real estate research, the right location somehow came to us (we’ll tell you all about this when you visit)! The geolocation is in Presjeka Village, part of the better-known Duga, located on the Nikšić – Gacko regional road in Central Montenegro. For many centuries, this area was a focus of powerful historical forces. Many armies and military leaders passed through this gorge, but never freely and peacefully. Battles were fought, heroes were killed, both by conquerors and Montenegrins, and this gorge remained a vicious place for all who wished to take the freedom of one people. After the battles in the Duga Gorge, a senior Turkish military commander wrote, and a Paris newspaper quoted, "In hell, the lord is the devil, and in the karst, Montenegrins!" Nobody can beat them here!. Our coliving is very accessible, and it is perfectly settled close to many attractive travel points and lures.
