This property has been totally renovated and adapted to create the perfect coliving space for digital nomads.

The building has two floors and 11 private bedrooms. There is no elevator, so you'll need to use the stairs. There are 7 double rooms and 4 single ones. All of our rooms are equipped with the following items: a comfortable double or single bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and lamp, air conditioning, towels, and bed linen. On every floor, there is a living room, kitchen, terrace, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry area that you'll be sharing with other colivers.

The following are included in the rent:

- Parking for bicycles (inside the building)

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

These are private apartments, so you decide with whom you will be sharing it.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?

After your check-out and once we have checked the state of the apartment, we will ask you for your bank details and make you a refund via bank transfer.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

It is possible, although always subject to the availability of the apartments and coworking spaces at the requested time. You can consult via email or phone.
