Our core focus was to create a space that is clean, comfortable, and vibrant at a very affordable price point. Our mattresses are handpicked and use Turkish foam for added comfort; all restrooms are cleaned multiple times per day; and we have a cafeteria open 24 hours a day that serves some amazing local delicacies. Our sleeping pods are also well equipped with charging points, blinds for privacy, reading lights, and a ventilation system. The following services and amenities are included:

About Nilgiri Gardens
The coliving is centrally located in Navi Mumbai, just minutes from some of the city's most prestigious colleges, business hubs, and shopping malls.The nearest local railway station is hardly 5 minutes away from the property. We've compiled a list of our favorite places to visit on the property:
1) Grand Central Mall: One of the best malls in the city. The malls have almost every brand you can think of. It also has some amazing restaurants and bars.
2) DY Patil Cricket Stadium: Apart from just cricket, the stadium is one of the largest in the city. As a result, it has hosted artists like Katy Perry and Justin Bieber. There are regular concerts happening here, and these are some of the best this town has to offer.
3) Pandavkada Falls: We love the waterfalls here, especially during the monsoons. great spot to enjoy the Mumbai rains. The weather during this time is simply amazing.
4) Nerul Lake: Nerul Lake is also very close to the property. Pack a picnic lunch and spend the day relaxing by the lake.
