The property nestles between the Santuario de Lord and the stunning Llosa del Cavall Reservoir, surrounded by natural beauty and a few quirky surprises.

In Sant Llorenç de Morunys, just 15 minutes away, you’ll find all the essentials—cafés, shops, and even a bakery that might just ruin your morning routine (because it’s impossible to resist those croissants). The town is full of local charm and characters, and don’t be surprised if you run into a friendly local offering you their “secret” hiking route. Spoiler alert: it’s probably just a very scenic one!

For adventurers, the trails nearby are filled with breathtaking views, and you might even spot a wild pig or two (don’t worry, they’re more scared of you!). If you’re lucky, you’ll catch sight of some cows hanging out by the reservoir, their bells creating a peaceful soundtrack to your outdoor explorations.

Looking for a challenge? Take the hike up to La Mola or visit Port del Comte, the ski resort just a short drive away, where you can ski in the winter or enjoy mountain biking trails in the warmer months.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
