Yes, right in front of you, the 'Jardins de l'Estuaire', a complex connecting 8 hectares of landscaped greenery, shops, and housing will soon emerge. For now, you have everything you need nearby. A pharmacy, supermarket, hair salon, restaurants, gyms, as well as the Nantes School of Design and Audencia are just a few minutes away from your home. Living on the island, you'll also have the chance to visit the Géant des Beaux Arts up close, as it's only a 5-minute walk away! In short, there's no better place to live than on the Île de Nantes.

  • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
