We, Juan and Victor, have created a thriving co-living community by combining our passions for music, finance, and property management. As remote workers, we recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance, and we've designed a space that promotes both.
The colonial palazzo offers six comfortable bedrooms in addition to the ample common areas that comprise 65% of the property. Our 3000 m2 walled gardens provide a tranquil 'cocoon' for work or play.
The 'Salon de los Pilares' is a cultural center. With a grand concert piano and space for masterclasses and concerts, it provides residents with enriching opportunities.
A historical gem, Mondoñedo combines the charm of a small community with city amenities. The local cuisine is delightful, and the climate is ideal throughout the year.
