Even before my move-in, the leasing process has been smooth and easy. has been very helpful, quick to respond, and has made sure everything is clear. It’s been a great start, and I’m excited to move in soon.

I wanted to stay 3 months in a coliving in NYC to build a credit score and find an apartment.
It's been a year that I have been in the same house... and I will probably stay another year ☺️

I have had a great experience here! The only caveat is that my room had a few issues that needed sorting out after I moved in.

As a housing option that is accessible and checks so many boxes, I can highly recommend.
I lived there for two years, and between the amenities, community, and location, I wouldn’t have picked anywhere else.
