Our flat is unique and beautiful with a terrace and an outdoor sofa. All rooms are separately accessible. Our flat includes the following services and amenities as mentioned below:
- Rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, couch, desk, and wardrobe with mirror, workspace, etc.
- Common areas are cleaned every two weeks, and every necessary repairment is done as soon as possible.
- Shared kitchen with your flatmates, and it comes equipped with a refrigerator, all devices, culinary tools, and cooking equipment. It is also cleaned every two weeks by our housekeeping.
- Wi-fi Internet connection included.
- Access to our terrace, outdoor sofa, and BBQ grill.

You have here an incredible opportunity to live and celebrate together with the founders. We love bigger flats like Benogasse, and that’s why we make them happy.
It’s perfect if you like to connect with others. Sitting together in the kitchen drinking glass and connecting with your flatmates are quite chill. Our neighborhood is Favoriten, located south of the central districts. It is south of Innere Stadt, Wieden and Margareten.Favoriten is a heavily populated urban area with many residential buildings but also large recreational areas and parks. Favoriten is home to one of the most successful Austrian Bundesliga teams FK Austria Wien, who plays at the Generali Arena.
