Our flat is unique and beautiful with a terrace and an outdoor sofa. All rooms are separately accessible. Our flat includes the following services and amenities as mentioned below:
- Rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, couch, desk, and wardrobe with mirror, workspace, etc.
- Common areas are cleaned every two weeks, and every necessary repairment is done as soon as possible.
- Shared kitchen with your flatmates, and it comes equipped with a refrigerator, all devices, culinary tools, and cooking equipment. It is also cleaned every two weeks by our housekeeping.
- Wi-fi Internet connection included.
- Access to our terrace, outdoor sofa, and BBQ grill.

This flat-sharing is perfect for young, open-minded people who also want to get a great networking opportunity. Our founder is living at the moment in Herzgasse with 9 roommates, and he enjoys it extremely. For this, he would like to share with some others mates and share experiences. With all our tenants, we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sports events like skiing in the alps, and many more events. One of our main aims is to build together with you a great, open-minded international community and provide you with a good quality of life in Vienna with many friends and social contacts like back in your hometown.
