Our flat is unique and beautiful with a terrace and an outdoor sofa. All rooms are separately accessible. Our flat includes the following services and amenities as mentioned below:
- Rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, couch, desk, and wardrobe with mirror, workspace, etc.
- Common areas are cleaned every two weeks, and every necessary repairment is done as soon as possible.
- Shared kitchen with your flatmates, and it comes equipped with a refrigerator, all devices, culinary tools, and cooking equipment. It is also cleaned every two weeks by our housekeeping.
- Wi-fi Internet connection included.

Our founder is living at the moment in Herzgasse with 9 roommates, and he enjoys it extremely. For this, he would like to share with some others mates and share experiences. With all our tenants, we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sports events like skiing in the alps, and many more events.
