The building is located in the heart of the city center of Barcelona, known as the Gothic Quarter. The charming Gothic Quarter, or Barri Gotic, has narrow medieval streets lined with trendy bars, nightclubs, and Catalan restaurants. The Museu d'Història de Barcelona shows the remains of the Roman city. Artisans sell leather and jewelry near Barcelona Cathedral, while flower and street food stalls line the busy La Rambla avenue. Plaça del Pi, named for the adjacent Gothic church, is home to a weekend art market.
The property is 60 meters from Las Ramblas, 2 minutes walk from the Gran Teatre del Liceu, and 2 kilometers from the beach.
The prominent colleges of Pompeu Fabra and UAB are only a few minutes' walk away, as are tourist attractions including the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Boquera Market, Güell Palace, Plaza Catalunya, and the Columbus Monument. Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Our contracts establish a time of at least 6 weeks from the check-out date (as long as you have made the request for refund of the deposit in the client area before that date) or from the date of the request for refund of the deposit (these terms are on the guest's contract). Note that you need to fill in all your details correctly.
The refund's deadline appears in the contract and in our extranet of customers. When your departure date approaches, you will be sent an email reminding you to enter the bank details for the return (i5 days before your check-out). -
