The charming Gothic Quarter, or Barri Gotic, has narrow medieval streets lined with trendy bars, nightclubs, and Catalan restaurants. The Museu d'Història de Barcelona shows the remains of the Roman city. Artisans sell leather and jewelry near Barcelona Cathedral, while flower and street food stalls line the busy La Rambla avenue. Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?

We do allow couples and friends to stay in selected rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

Is there a designated space for work?

Coworking is available in the Ramblas building. You only need to walk (about 2 minutes) from your property to gain access to this space.
Booking
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

Our contracts establish a time of at least 6 weeks from the check-out date (as long as you have made the request for refund of the deposit in the client area before that date) or from the date of the request for refund of the deposit (these terms are on the guest's contract). Note that you need to fill in all your details correctly.

The refund's deadline appears in the contract and in our extranet of customers. When your departure date approaches, you will be sent an email reminding you to enter the bank details for the return (i5 days before your check-out).
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
