Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions.

We aim to return your security deposit within 32 days after your contract ends. However, if your contract ends in January, February, July, or August, it might take up to 67 days due to bimonthly utility bills. If there are any outstanding payments or damages, those will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding!
