Discover your refuge in the heart of the lands that once nurtured the Muisca culture, known as “El Valle del Suamux,” which means “The House of the Sun”! This Andean paradise is nestled in a secluded rural area of Boyacá, the most tranquil and secure department in Colombia. Imagine waking up in a luxurious 1,500 m² home boasting spectacular panoramic views thanks to its expansive glass architecture, where you can admire mountains, a river, and a lake. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy Tejo, Colombia’s only national sport—declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Nation—which originated in the Muisca culture along with the grand legend of El Dorado.
Spend your evenings by the bonfire under a starry sky (thanks to the absence of light pollution), the perfect setting for a BBQ and a taste of our delicious “house-courtesy” Guarapo. This ancestral beverage was traditionally used in ceremonies of gratitude to the gods in ancient times on these lands. Explore the eucalyptus forest, take a hike up a nearby mountain, or pedal your way to Tota Lagoon—located 20 km away and the second largest lake in South America after Titicaca—close to the majestic páramos of Siscunsí and Oceta. We’re only a 15-minute drive from Iza, the nearest town.
We have a passion for artisanal and healthy food, which is why we’ve established a supply network where you can purchase fresh milk, cheeses, eggs, arepas, butter, artisanal yogurt, aromatic herbs, and fresh vegetables—everything produced either by us or by our local farmer friends.
In addition to the Game of Tejo you can enjoy a Ping Pong table, billiards and pool billiards. And we want to tell you that our stone bonfire was handmade by Don Alberto, the last stone artisan left in our area, who at 72 years old still works the stone with the artisanal techniques of our ancestors, it is a true work of art.

In our region, the stars of Colombian cycling—known as “Los Escarabajos”—were forged. Take the privilege of riding the very roads where these legends honed their skills. Slip your feet into the river that winds through our estate, then at sunset settle by the lakeshore to listen to frogs, insects, and ducks. At dawn, delight in a stroll through the eucalyptus forest or climb our private mountain for breathtaking 360° panoramas.
Explore the local village dairies and an export-quality rose plantation, and discover a stone mill that has been grinding wheat for over 30 years. Throughout the farm you can interact with goats, cows, and chickens, and wander through our spectacular 200-meter Organic kitchen Garden and on-site Biofactory of organic fertilizers.
Our internet is the best in the region, though it doesn’t match city-level speeds. Our promise is Wellbeing, Nature, and true disconnection—so we do NOT offer TVs in the bedrooms. The house has 1,500 square meters with several areas where you can work as you please. You also have a special coworking space with internet cables to connect your computer directly to improve your connection quality if you wish.
We're a coliving center focused on wellness and nature, so you'll find people who value tranquility, mindful eating, hiking, and contact with animals and plants. Our kitchen is spectacular and spacious, and we have an additional wood-burning stove, so you can share plans around food and the campfire while stargazing.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Yes, your private room is cleaned once every two weeks, with a change of sheets and towels, to keep it comfortable and cozy. We kindly ask that you help maintain that welcoming atmosphere by picking up any mess.
We understand that doing laundry is essential to life, so we've made it simple! Our laundry facilities are available for your convenience, and you can do laundry once a week. We provide a washing machine and clotheslines for drying clothes, and costs, including utilities, soap, and fabric softener, are included for a full laundry session. The property has a security camera system monitoring both the property and the neighborhood in which we are located. Additionally, we have a security company that patrols our property several times a day. Additionally, Boyacá is the safest department in Colombia, and the town of Iza, our nearest town, is listed as the safest town in Colombia. Our area is inhabited by the same traditional families who have lived here for hundreds of years. In addition, the couple of collaborators we have on site are part of those same traditional families and live on the property you are renting. We also have a dairy on the property, where we trust people work, benefiting from the fact that people are on the farm every day.
