Welcome to the Île de Nantes, in the south of the city. You will reside in a building that has recently risen, with no buildings directly opposite. Yes, right before you, the "Jardins de l'Estuaire," a development soon to integrate 8 hectares of landscaped greens, shops, and housing, will emerge. For now, you have everything you need nearby. A pharmacy, supermarket, hair salon, restaurants, gyms, and even the Nantes School of Design and Audencia are just a few minutes away from your home. Living on the island also gives you the chance to closely visit the Géant des Beaux Arts, as it's only a 5-minute walk away! In short, there's no better place to live than on the Île de Nantes.
