We offer a large Brussels home steps from the chic Chatelain square. It has a chateau that meets loft-style with rough wooden floors, graphic metallic window frames, and warm colorful wallpapers. The following amenities and services are included:
- The heart of the house features a large kitchen with several cooking stations adjacent to a separate dining area with access to the garden.
- Communal living room has deep leather chesterfield couches surrounding a large flat screen tv.
- The Cottage at the back of the garden houses two large rooms. Amenities include a guest room for visitors, a home theater, a laundry room, and two smaller living rooms for reading, working, or relaxing.
- Each room has a private bath, large closets, double bed, and huge windows. - Courtyard, city view and loft rooms each have their individual style in various sizes. The house features high ceilings giving a light and airy atmosphere
- We are fairly hands-off, in that we organize a welcome drink and events a couple of times a year but we let our residents decide for themselves how involved they want to be in the community.

Each room has an individual lock and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. There are also individual food drawers and freezer drawers. There are also a lot of extra common areas so you can hang out in the spare living room and watch a movie on the tv without being next to the "action" in the kitchen.
