  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

  • Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
  • Sorry, because each of our beds is designated for single occupancy and provided as a single bed, it's not possible to share a bed with friends or partner and split the rental cost.
  • Booking
  • The holding deposit will be transferred to the security deposit on the day we sign the contract.
    If everything goes smoothly, the security deposit will be returned to you after your check-out.
  • Policies
  • All our tenants under our system can apply to this transfer program, as long as you let us know in advance, you can have the priority to make the transfer to other house.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • Amenities
  • You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
    We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirement for the day.
  • The tenant must return to Lessor's personal space completely and cleanly after moving out. Bed sets need to be washed and put back in their original places. The tenant is liable for all the costs of replacing and cleaning any stains or dirt that cannot be recovered.
  • Yes, we have cleaning services once a week for the communal areas.
  • Community
  • Yes, we have our manager, who will help you if any questions arise.
  • Safety
  • Yes, each room can be locked. We also encourage everyone to lock the doors when leaving the house.
