Our property consists of two joint villas situated in Plakias, on the island of Crete. The villas host luxury-style living with infinity pools for beautiful sunny days and fireplaces for those hot cocoa days. We took special care of common spaces to allow for multiple coworking areas, whether you like working outdoors, inside at our communal desk, or in your bedroom with a sea view. We offer weekly cleaning services, weekly excursions, and weekly in-house community workshops and events. The following amenities and services are included:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Are pets allowed?We love our fluffy friend, but unfortunately, the properties are not suited for pets.

Will I have privacy?If you have booked a double room or a single room, you will have privacy in your room. Other than that, the ideology of coexistence is to be surrounded by people, and everyone mingles in our common areas.
