Our Coliving is three things in one:
A community, a coliving space, a coworking space (900m away, through the rice fields)
Whenever you book with us, it's a package that includes all three. And we really try to get all three right.
Let's dive in:
~~~ Community ~~~
We are always, first and foremost, a community. We organize multiple member events every week to connect our members, and we even make lunch social: every weekday at 1 p.m. we sit together and have lunch. We make mostly healthy poke bowl/budda bowl-style lunches.
~~~ Coliving ~~~
On October 1st, we opened our fully dedicated coliving villa, only for the community. The rooms are pretty high quality, all en-suite with balconies, desks, and new office chairs (except dorms). Bikes are included. In the public areas, we have a shared kitchen you can use, a pool, and a social area where we do gatherings, ice bathing, BBQ, yoga, etc.
We always like to get your wishes and ideas for events, too.
~~~ Coworking ~~~
Even though right now we're most excited about our new coliving, the property was originally founded in 2017 as a pure coworking space. As far as we know, to this day, it's Vietnam's only 100% nomad-focused space, and we've always drawn an amazing crowd of members who tend to keep coming back.
We rebuilt the space in 22/23 and now have 270° rice field views, all-glass walls, and multiple work zones to fit your needs. We have a big silent space as well as several indoor and outdoor areas where calls are allowed or where you're invited to just chill and socialize.
At the space, Vietnamese coffee and tea are complimentary, but of course, we also have a proper barista machine and make kick-ass Italian coffees, smoothies, and healthy food.
Access is 24/7.
Your full coworking membership is always included with any coliving booking, and we encourage people to make full use of both spaces to also maximize their community experience.
The coworking space is 900 m (0.55 mi) away, always alongside or right through the rice fields.

The property is in the An M area, which is in the midst of the rice field, directly in the middle between the ancient town (5-10 minutes by scooter) and the beach (5 minutes by scooter).
Hội An is a Vietnamese coastal city famous for its preserved historic town, canals, rice farms, and gorgeous beach. The port city's history as a cultural melting pot is mirrored in its architecture, which is a mash-up of ages and styles. Wooden Chinese shops and temples, colorful French buildings, elaborate Vietnamese tube houses, and the renowned Japanese-covered bridge with its pagoda are among them.

If you select a regular room, then you've got your own room, your own bathroom, your own desk in that room, and your own balcony.
If you select a dorm, you will sometimes have the dorm to yourself, and sometimes it'll be booked with other people.
We're currently building curtains around the beds for added privacy. -
Absolutely, just select "Double" room (2 people), the price includes all services for 2 people.

We have a whole, dedicated coworking space with multiple work zones (e.g., silent zone, calls-allowed zone) both indoors with AC/all-glass walls as well as outdoors by the rice fields, where we usually get a breeze. Access to the coworking space is included.
The coliving space is about 900m away from the coworking space, the whole way alongside or through the rice fields. -
We have always attracted an amazing community of digital nomads, entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives, and techies.
Unlike most other coliving/coworking spaces, we attract a more diverse crowd (more gender diverse, more occupationally diverse) and a slightly more mature crowd—more mid-30s than mid-20s—but we're age inclusive. -
The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members.
