These co-living private rooms in Sunnyside is perfect for the first accommodation transitioning your life to NYC or a temporary stay for a couple of months for business, education, or travel. It has a workspace with a desk/chair in the private room and fast WiFi connection for WFH. You can prepare your own food with the full-size kitchen and dining area. Clean comforter, pillow, and linens are ready for your rest at your arrival. We provide weekly cleaning for the common areas to keep the shared space clean and organized. Daily supplies such as toilet papers, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning tools are also provided for you and other housemates. Sunnyside is in a safe neighborhood and is close to the subway and bus stops. There are several supermarkets, laundromats, and restaurants in the area.

Welcome to Sunnyside, the home of delicious food from around the world without Manhattan's craziness and expensiveness. Surprisingly, this neighborhood that is only 15 minutes away from Times Square can have so much to offer.
Several taste-bud heaven Thai restaurants in the area like Thai Diva and Blu Orchid are located 5 minutes from the 46th st subway station.
There are several Chinese and Mexican markets for those who are into DIY cuisines. Fresh and Save is a go-to spot for many locals here. The neighborhood is perfect if you want to take a stroll around and enjoy fresh air, which is impossible in Midtown Manhattan. Feeling stuffy from all the dishes? Numerous gyms like Phyzique or Crossfit welcome you with open arms!
