Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?We will need your ID / Passport, and a business registration certificate if your lease is signed by a company.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?Our standard move-in time is at 3PM, and move-out time is at 12NOON. If you wish to move in earlier or move out later, please get in contact with us to coordinate. An extra charge may be applied.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?You have first right to renew your lease up to 45 days before it expires. Just reach out to your leasing representative or the Dash Community Team before then and we will gladly assist.

Do you accept co-signers?We do not accept co-signers for applicants.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Deposit is refundable around 30 days after check out and to make sure that all furniture and appliances will be in good shape.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
