We welcome everyone. The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving, and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs and many more — people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes.

Will I have privacy?

At Neybor, each resident has a private bedroom that serves as their personal space to relax, work, or unwind without being disturbed. While the common areas are shared, your room remains entirely yours, and no one else has access to it.

Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Friends and family are welcome — that’s what home’s about. Overnight stays are limited to seven nights per month. Just give your housemates a heads-up — great coliving starts with good vibes.

Is there a designated space for work?

It depends on the house — some of our Neybor homes include a designated workspace or a coworking-style area, while others do not.

However, every private bedroom is equipped with a desk, so you’ll always have a comfortable space to work in your own room.

If having a larger shared workspace is important to you, we can guide you toward the houses that offer this feature.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

In addition to rent, there are a few other costs to consider. These includes a security deposit, an application fee, and cleaning charges when you leave. We want you to be fully informed as you plan your stay with us, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Are all rooms furnished?

Our common areas are fully furnished to welcome you right away, and each bedroom comes equipped with all the essentials for comfortable living. Feel free to personalize your room—add or remove furniture (even hang up your favorite pictures)—as long as it’s set back the way you found it when you leave.

Any meals/snacks included?

While we don't provide regular meals or snacks, we do stock the house with some basic grocery essentials each month, like olive oil, laundry detergent, toilet paper, bin bags, dishwasher tablets... We also love to organize occasional drinks and aperitifs for everyone to enjoy together. It's a fun way to connect and share some good times!

How many people will be living here during my stay?

The number of people living here will vary depending on the house you choose. Most of our houses accommodate between 6 to 20 members, creating a friendly and vibrant atmosphere where you can enjoy both privacy and community.
