The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We allow couples and friends to stay ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

You'll be sharing the home with a diverse group of like-minded individuals, mostly digital nomads and remote workers from various European countries.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We evaluate potential renters based on their suitability for community living and their ability to comply with our house rules and booking terms.
We look for guests who are respectful, considerate, and comfortable sharing space with others in a coliving environment.
All residents must be at least 18 years old, provide valid identification, and have the legal right to stay in Portugal for the duration of their booking.
We also expect guests to provide accurate booking information, respect quiet hours, shared spaces, and community guidelines, and complete payment in accordance with our booking policy.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

Early arrivals and late departures may be possible, but they are always subject to availability and must be arranged with us in advance. As we need sufficient time to prepare rooms and shared spaces for incoming residents, we cannot guarantee check-in before the designated move-in time or check-out after the designated move-out time. We encourage residents to contact us ahead of their arrival or departure, and we will always do our best to accommodate their request. When an early check-in or late check-out is not possible, luggage storage or temporary use of shared spaces may be available depending on the situation.

Yes, extending or shortening a stay may be possible, depending on availability and the terms of the original booking.
Residents who wish to modify their stay should contact us as early as possible so we can review the options.
Stay extensions are subject to room availability and updated pricing at the time of the request.
Shortening a stay may also be possible, but any refund will depend on the rate selected, the notice given, and the applicable cancellation policy.
We always recommend reaching out in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes whenever possible.

No, you do not need to sign a separate long-term contract or lease. Your legally binding agreement is included in the terms of your stay with us, which allows for flexibility while ensuring a comfortable living environment.

We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
