All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort. Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there's no need to even bring a pillow. Each room feels calm, spacious, and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. Individual lockers provided. Our Coliving space includes a spacious dining room, kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal.
It also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
We provide many bathroom essentials and there are never queues - you’ll never have to wait. We provide regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study. All our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free.
24/7 security in all common areas.

About Bedford-Stuyvesant
Since the days of Jay-Z and Lil Kim, Muhammad Ali and Chris Rock, all former residents of Bed-Stuy, the area has changed a bit. Young professionals and burgeoning artists have moved in. It keeps its original community feel, but Bed-Stuy is growing with the changes. Cafes, small eateries, boutiques and nightlife spots are changing the feel. Places like Peaches Hot House, Dough, the vintage store, Harold and Maude and night spots like C’mon Everybody keeps the neighborhood true to its eclectic roots.

We have a living room area that you can use to work, there is no specified work area in the building. However, we have a partnership with a coworking.
Most of our residents are young professionals and respectful and open-minded people. I’m sure you will be comfortable with the community.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

You are allowed to check in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. Night check-in (after 9 pm) may be also organized for an extra fee of $35 USD. We can't guarantee check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am, however, if we are able to do it, there will be a $70 late check-in fee.
We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

There is a restriction in New York for any outside bedroom locks, but you can lock your bedroom when you are inside. You shouldn't worry about your safety when you are out:

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
