A charming house in a diverse and vibrant area. It's a very spacious and well-designed co-living house with 24 private rooms. The house (8600 sqft) is completely renovated, fully furnished, and equipped.
This 4-story home features a gym, cinema room, co-working space, laundry room, and outdoor terrace on the rooftop with an amazing view of Manhattan. There you will find an open kitchen and dining room, a living room, an amazing rooftop, a gym, a cinema room, a laundry, and a large garden.
Spacious common areas to live, work and celebrate. Nearby you have another two houses of the same community, where you attend events and meet each other for all kinds of activities organized by the community managers. Lots of natural light (hidden info) a rooftop ;)

Crown Heights is a historically significant neighbourhood, it was one of Brooklyn's wealthiest areas between 1890 and 1910. It's not surprising that the area's restaurants and entertainment options reflect the diversity of its residents and their unique culture.
You’ll find a wide range of cuisines, from Dominican to Ethiopian, as well as both plant-based and meat dishes. They say you discover different cultures through their cuisine.
